Loving the excitement of getting to open these beautiful presents every morning. Thank you so much for the ones that I have opened so far, the beautiful little fairy house, the sweet little old lady who looks so friendly, and the fridge magnets that I opened this morning. I have to admit that I checked on the size of the river this morning at 6.30 before I opened my present. I was relieved to see that the level had dropped considerably from 10pm last night. I live on the banks of the Maitai which is a roaring torrent at the moment, so went to bed last night with rain still falling and the river rushing by the house!! All looks OK and it is supposed to ease today.....
